Cryptelix is a workspace for looking at what already happened in your trading — not a place that trades for you. These terms explain how the product works, what we will and will not do, and what we ask of you.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Cryptelix, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

This is a product-level draft. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not a claim of legal compliance in every jurisdiction.

Using Cryptelix

Cryptelix is an AI-powered post-trade analytics platform. It helps you review historical trades, balances, and performance after the fact. You can sign in, connect a supported exchange account, import trading history, and work with dashboards, metrics, and an AI assistant.

Cryptelix is not a broker, exchange, bank, investment manager, or financial advisor. We do not execute trades, hold your funds, or manage a portfolio on your behalf.

Accounts

Some features require an account. We ask for an email address to authenticate you and send critical system notices. We do not ask for KYC, a full name, a phone number, or a physical address.

• Keep the information you give us accurate enough for account access.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. On our side, we protect stored data as described in the Data Security Policy.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
• If you think your account has been compromised, contact us as soon as you can.

Exchange API Connections

Today, the live exchange connection is Binance. Other venues shown in the product are not available yet. When you connect Binance, Cryptelix uses a read-only API key to pull historical balances, trades, and metrics for your workspace.

We do not need trading permissions. We do not need withdrawal permissions. Before a key is stored, we check it with Binance and reject it if reading is off, or if extra permissions are on — including spot and margin trading, futures, options, internal transfer, or withdrawals.

Keys are encrypted at rest and deleted when you remove them. Details of that handling live in our Privacy Policy and Data Security Policy.

Trading & Financial Disclaimer

Cryptelix is an analytics and information tool. Nothing on the platform is financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, a personalized recommendation, portfolio management, or a brokerage service.

Dashboards, metrics, and AI output are observations about data you connected. They are not instructions to buy, sell, or hold anything. You make your own trading and investment decisions.

No Guarantee of Profits

Crypto trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Analytics cannot guarantee future performance. AI-generated insights cannot guarantee profitable trades. Cryptelix does not guarantee any return, profit, or trading outcome.

AI Features

Where available, Cryptelix may use AI to help with post-trade review: summarizing activity, pointing at patterns in your Deal Base, answering questions about connected trading data, and offering observations on metrics you already have.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, based on limited data, or simply wrong. Treat it as a starting point, not a conclusion.

• We do not claim the assistant is always accurate.
• We do not promise that AI will improve your profitability.
• You should check anything important before you rely on it.

Data & Analytics

Cryptelix processes the data you connect so we can show analytics. We do not use that data to build ad profiles, share it with advertising networks, or pass it to institutional brokers or data aggregators.

What we collect, how long we keep it, and how API keys are handled is described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms do not change those rules. If the two ever seem to conflict, the Privacy Policy governs personal-data questions.

User Responsibilities

When you use Cryptelix, you agree to:

• Use the service lawfully.
• Keep account access under your control.
• Create exchange keys with read-only permissions only.
• Not access another person's account or data.
• Not interfere with, exploit, or reverse engineer the platform.
• Not use Cryptelix for fraud or other illegal activity.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the service for illegal activity or fraud.
• Attempt unauthorized access or probe our security.
• Scrape or automate access without permission.
• Upload malicious code or disrupt availability.
• Try to reach other users' data.

Intellectual Property

Cryptelix owns or licenses the platform, branding, software, design, and original content. You do not receive ownership of any of that by using the product.

You keep your own trading data. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit Cryptelix's software or branding without permission.

Third-Party Services

Cryptelix depends on services we do not control — including exchanges, market-data APIs, hosting, and model providers. Those services can change, slow down, or go offline. When they do, parts of Cryptelix may be delayed or unavailable.

Your use of a third-party platform is also subject to that platform's own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, errors, or policy changes.

Crypto & Blockchain Risks

• Crypto markets can move quickly and lose value.
• On-chain transfers, where they apply, are typically irreversible.
• Networks and exchanges can congest, halt, or return delayed data.
• Imported history can be incomplete or out of date.
• Technical failures happen. Treat the workspace as a review tool, not a source of truth for execution.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Cryptelix available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, zero errors, perfectly accurate data, or unbroken exchange connections. Maintenance, upgrades, incidents, or third-party outages may pause the service.

Subscriptions & Payments

Cryptelix is currently a limited-access product. There is no paid subscription in the live product at the time these Terms were written.

If we introduce paid plans, the price and billing details will be shown before you pay, and this section will be updated. Until then, the following are not set:

Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or close access if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, create a security risk, or use the service for fraud or other illegal activity.

You can stop using Cryptelix and close your account. We do not claim a right to terminate accounts for any reason unrelated to the above.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cryptelix is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the service, the data, or the AI output will be complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cryptelix is not liable for losses arising from trading decisions, financial results, inaccurate analytics, AI-generated information, exchange or network failures, third-party services, interruptions, or loss of data.

Changes to These Terms
